Agnia Grigas completed her CEELBAS-funded DPhil in International Relations in 2010. Her work, Explaining the Policies of the Baltic States towards Russia, 1994-2010 focused on issues of energy dependence and tensions over interpretations of history between the Baltic states and Russia. Based on this research a book is being prepared for publication. Currently, Ms. Grigas is the co-CEO of OneGo Inc., a consumer technology company based in California. In the past, she advised multinational corporations, global financial institutions and governments on political risk, energy, and investment strategies. Her previous posts include president and founder of Frontiera Strategies, consultant to Barclays Bank, advisor to the Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, research associate at Eurasia Group, and financial analyst at JPMorgan. She is known for her writing on security and energy issues of Russia, Europe, and Post-Soviet states. She holds a Doctorate in International Relations from the University of Oxford.
