Brewster Lurton Kahle ( BROO-stər KAYL; born October 21, 1960) is an American digital librarian, computer engineer, Internet entrepreneur, and advocate of universal access to all knowledge. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and engineering. Kahle founded the Internet Archive and co-founded Alexa Internet in 1996. He was inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame in 2012.
