Natasha Katherine Pulley (born 4 December 1988) is a British author. She is best known for her debut novel, The Watchmaker of Filigree Street, which won a Betty Trask Award. Pulley has also been an associate lecturer in creative writing at Bath Spa University, a visiting lecturer at City, University of London, and a tutor in the University of Cambridge's Institute of Continuing Education (ICE).
