Biographical summary
Mark Turkow (Warsaw 1904-Buenos Aires 1983), journalist and writer in Yiddish & Spanish. Co-edited Moment (Warsaw), moved to Buenos Aires in 1930, headed local HIAS from 1946, represented WJC in Latin America from 1954, founding editor of Biblioteca Popular Judia.
