Enlarge text Shrink textDescription
The file contains 15 b&w picture postcards, most of them published by the Aid Committee for Yemenite Jews. Eleven of them show Jewish individuals, families or groups in Yemen, some of them in Sana'a. All these have been photographed by Hermann Burchardt. Four other postcards from the same series show immigrated Yemenite Jews in Palestine (no photographer's name), and another one from a different series Yemenite Jews, apparently in Yemen. All 9.2 x 14.4 cm. Apparently a gift of Harvey Freitag.
