כרוז של וינצ'נצו ה-I, דוקס של מנטובה והמונפראטו, בו הוא הגביל את אחוז הריבית על הלוואות שנתנו על ידי בנקאים יהודים, הן כנגד שטרות חוב, הן כנגד משכון, לגובה של %17,5 . ניתנה גם הוראה לפתוח בנק לעניים בריבית של %15. היהודים פתחו את הבנקים שלהם במנטובה בסוף המאה הXIV והמשיכו בעסקי ההלוואות בריבית ללא הפסקה עד 1806. Proclamation of Vincenzo I Gonzaga, Duke of Mantua and Montferrat, limiting the interest rate for loans extended by Jewish bankers, both via contracts and pledges, to 17.5 percent. Provision was also made for the opening of a pauper's bank which would lend at the rate of 15 percent and rotate on a trimonthly basis between several banks. Signed January 31, 1601.
