חברת ידידי החוקה, מ-21 ספטמבר 1792 חברת היעקובינים, ידידי החירות והשוויון (בצרפתית, ובהתאמה: Société des amis de la Constitution ו-Société des Jacobins, amis de la liberté et de l'égalité), הנודעת בשם המועדון היעקוביני (Club des Jacobins) או בקיצור השם בתור היעקובינים (Jacobins), הייתה אגודה פוליטית בימי המהפכה הצרפתית שפעלה מנובמבר 1789 ועד ל-11 בנובמבר 1794. הם היו המועדון הגדול, המשפיע וגם המפולג ביותר בכל התקופה, ובשיאם ב-1793 ו-1794 היו להם יותר מ-6,000 סניפים ובערך חצי מיליון חברים רשומים. לאורך חמש שנות פעילותם היוו גורם מדרבן ומקצין שהניע את המהפכה לכיוון רדיקלי יותר ויותר. התנהלות זו דחפה לפרישה או נידוי של מתונים, בעיקר סיעות הפייאנטים והז'ירונדינים, ולעליית המונטניארדים הקנאיים. היעקובינים החלו כתנועה למען מלוכה חוקתית וביטול אי-השוויון של חברת המעמדות וגלשו שמאלה עד לרפובליקניות וכינון מדינה ריכוזית עם רשות מבצעת חזקה. הם השתתפו בכל המאורעות המרכזיים של המהפכה עד שהריאקציה התרמידורית הביאה לפירוקם.
