חוק הבולים (שם מלא: חוק חובות המושבות האמריקניות, 1765) היה חוק שקבע הפרלמנט הבריטי בשנת 1765, אשר חייב את שלוש עשרה המושבות הבריטיות באמריקה הצפונית במס בולים. חוק דומה חל על תושבי בריטניה הגדולה מזה כמה עשורים לפני כן, אך בניגוד לתושבי בריטניה, לתושבי המושבות לא ניתן ייצוג בפרלמנט. החוק בוטל לאחר שנה בעקבות מחאת המושבות והנזק הכלכלי שגרמה המחאה לממלכה. נהוג לראות בחוק כאחד הזרזים לפרוץ המהפכה האמריקאית, במהלכה נפרדו המושבות מהאימפריה הבריטית והקימו את ארצות הברית של אמריקה.
