קרב אַגֶר סַאנְגְווִינִיס ("שדה הדם") היה קרב מכריע שנערך ביום 28 ביוני 1119 בין צבא נסיכות אנטיוכיה הצלבנית לבין קואליציה של צבאות מוסלמיים מסוריה וצבא סלג'וקי על ההגמוניה והזכות לגבות מסים באזור הנרחב והעשיר של צפון סוריה. הקרב נסתיים בתבוסה צלבנית מלאה - צבא הנסיכות הושמד לחלוטין ונסיך אנטיוכיה רוג'ר מסלרנו נהרג.
